Couture hat with calla flowers

Couture hat made of naturally coloured Milan straw

4mm Milan straw braid, undyed, modelled by hand and sewn without templates or cuts; asymmetrically formed brim, pork pie crown.

5 calla flowers and leaves modelled and sewn using spiral sewing technique developped by ourselves; flowers wired inside and arranged as floral bouquet, sewn together and draped over hat; hat stiffened and lined with gros grain ribbon.
